Privacy Policy

This document is being finalized and may change before publication.

Last updated: October 10, 2026

1. Scope

This policy explains how National Triyaq Medical Company ("BeHighCare", "we") handles personal data collected through this website, including the demo request, contact and customer login pages.

It does not cover the BeHighCare application used by healthcare organizations. Patient and staff data in that application is processed on behalf of each organization under its agreement with us, and that organization decides how it is used.

2. Data we collect

When you submit a demo request or contact form we collect the details you enter:

  • Name, email address and phone number
  • Organization, organization type, job title and number of branches
  • Your area of interest and message

With each submission we also record your IP address and browser type, to protect the forms from abuse.

When you use the customer login page, the workspace address you enter is used only to find your organization's sign-in page and is not stored.

3. Cookies

This website uses only cookies needed for it to work: a session cookie and a security token that protects forms against cross-site request forgery. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies on this website.

4. How we use your data

  • To respond to your request, schedule a demo and send related information
  • To prepare a proposal if you ask for one
  • To keep our forms secure and prevent misuse

We process this data with your consent, which you give when you submit a form, and where needed to take steps you have asked for before entering a contract.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that host and operate this website on our behalf, under confidentiality obligations, or where the law requires us to.

6. Retention

We keep your request for as long as needed to respond to it and to manage our relationship with you, and delete or anonymize it when it is no longer needed, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable data protection law, including the Personal Data Protection Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia where it applies, you may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw your consent. Contact us through our contact form.

8. Security

Requests are stored in our central systems with access limited to staff who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data appropriately.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.

10. Contact
